The Haus Hazy is a North Eastern style IPA. We start our Haus IPA Series with a medium of the road bitterness beer and a citrusy aroma. With Centennial, Cascade and Calypso hops this Hazy is a must.

You’ll go totally walnuts over this oak-aged, walnut-seasoned brown ale. New Holland Brewing Holland, MI Oats bring a creaminess and soft mouth-feel to rich, roasty malt character.

Bell's Oberon is a wheat ale fermented with Bell's signature house ale yeast, mixing a spicy hop character with mildly fruity aromas. The addition of wheat malt lends a smooth mouthfeel, making it a classic summer beer.

Wheat IPA with Lemondrop and Sorachi Ace hops

A hat tip to the location of Hopkinsville's first flight and the Dixie-Flyer. This complex beer's malty-sweet, nutty flavor and aroma is balanced with hop bitterness that finishes with a mild toasty chocolate that lingers on the palate.

Our tribute to Bayside's favorite cheerleader, Kapowksi is a medium bodied Amber Ale, with notes of caramel, toasted malt and hints of citrus.

Space Dust :: A Totally Nebular IPA. Great Western premium two-row, combined with c-15 and Dextri-Pils, give this beer a bright and galactic Milky Way hue. The hopping is pure starglow energy, with Chinook to bitter and late and dry additions of Citra and Amarillo. Space Dust is out of this world

Subtly sour and a little sweet, this ale is a refreshing take on a nearly extinct German style, gose. Watermelon is the highlight of this lightly-hopped treat and gives it a hint of satisfying juiciness. The soft mouthfeel and dry finish comes courtesy of the addition of sea salt, a traditional gose ingredient.
